If your items are required for a later date please state this when ordering and arrangements will be made to placed in a suitable delivery slot to suit you.
If you live in the Leicester area (LE1,LE3,LE4,LE6 and LE7 Postcodes, other LE postcodes will be slightly more) we can hand deliver your items to your home, venue or event for a delivery cost of £4.00 or you can pick up in store, all options are available upon checkout.
If our standard postage is chosen your items will be posted via first Class recorded Royal Mail, this service normaly takes 1-2 days after Despatch but according to Royal Mails terms and conditions it can take up to 10 days to reach you. Although we keep a close eye of when you're items are required and will post in good time (as long as ordered within our specific times of notice above) we cannot be held responsible for your items not arriving is this service is used. We strongly advise that you choose the guaranteed next day delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Deliveries only take place Monday to Saturday (Saturday delivery is not available via Courier).

Most packages are generally sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded, If you miss the delivery, they will leave a card through your door. You can then contact your post or sorting office to arrange local pick up or to arrange a re-delivery.
Please choose an address where you will be available to accept the parcel at all times, I am afraid we cannot be held responsible for any damage or melting (in Summer Months) after the first delivery attempt has been made.
All other couriers we use, will leave a card and will either require you to re-arrange delivery with them or collect from their depot.
Couriers will not generally leave your package with a neighbour so it is important to get your package delivered to an address where someone will be in to receive it.
If you fail to collect your parcel within 2 weeks, it will be returned to us and a further delivery charge will occur to have your parcel sent again.
Most couriers are unable to offer a guaranteed delivery time to certain 'remote' areas of the UK and shipping rates may vary. If you know your recipient is in one of these areas, please contact us in advance to discuss shipping times and rates. If an order is placed for delivery to an area classified as 'remote' we will contact you to advise of any surcharges that may apply.
